SHIPPING POLICY
Our preferred shipping providers are UPS and USPS.
All orders are processed immediately. Stock items ship same or next business day (excluding weekends and holidays.) All non inventory items usually ship within 3 to 5 days, and backordered items usually ship within a week but some items may vary. You will receive an order confirmation email and another notification email when your order has shipped including the tracking number.
SHIPPING CHARGES AND SHIPPING STATUS
Shipping charges as well as delivery times for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Please note that estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping provider selected and are not a guaranteed delivery date.
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Return policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn AND unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@cypressbrakeoutdoors.com. Please include the reason for return, order date, your name, your address, and description of the item. Please note that returns will need a return number to be eligible for a refund.
Please note: ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS.
If your return is accepted due to a fault of ours, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
If your return is accepted and due to your error, we will issue a return number and instruct you how/where to send the item back. You will be responsible for return shipping. We will process the refund as per the policy below. NOTE: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Refunds can take up to 10-15 days to process. (We must receive the item, evaluate, inspect, and issue funds back. Offen the banks involved can add days to this process.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and correct any problems as quickly as possible.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned: custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), SALE items, and Calls. If there is a defect with a call, please notify us so we can evaluate the situation, issue a return if necessary to fix the item and then return it back to you.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The best/fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is:
apply for a return number and (see above) to return the item you have.
Once the return is physically accepted by us and processed, we will credit your original payment method (less the original shipping charges) and ask you to make separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
